The name No Excuse was inspired by one of the most recognisable chants in the animal rights movement:

"There's no excuse for animal abuse."

Those words have stayed with us over the years. They aren't just about animal welfare. They capture something we see across almost every cause.

Too often, the people and institutions with the greatest power to create change find reasons to delay it. Political convenience. Financial interests. Bureaucracy. Complacency. Excuses.

Meanwhile, charities, non-profits and grassroots organisations are driving change, often with limited resources.

That's why No Excuse exists.

We build websites, software and digital tools for organisations creating a better world, offering reduced-cost and pro bono work wherever possible. By removing technical barriers, we help them focus on what matters most: creating real-world impact.

Build & hand over.

We build it carefully, show your team how everything works and stay around for as long as you'd like. Our goal is simple: you should feel confident running it without us.

Occasionally, organisations choose to pay our standard commercial rate to fast-track work or help fund more pro bono projects. We're always happy to have that conversation, but it's the exception, not the expectation.
